"Check in was very easy and the owner said we could go in earlier if we wanted. As it was we were a bit late as we stopped off on the way. Location was very quiet and walkable distance to the station and village. The accommodation was basic but clean and spacious. Some garden furniture, a towel rail in the bathroom, hook on the door and a dressing table in the main bedroom. However, none of these are essential. "

She offered a sub standard property on Anfield Road, as a replacement with no reduction in cost even though the property offered was much cheaper. When we contacted Vrbo they held a three way conversation where the host said she was too busy to speak (even though support is 24/7) and we should email on the Monday after our weekend break was over.
